Justin White

Lead Pastor

Pastor Justin and his wife, Lauren, have been married for 15 years and have three rambunctious little boys. In addition to full-time ministry, Justin is also a battalion chief with the Gastonia fire department where he has been since 2006. Lauren is a registered nurse with Novant health.  Justin and Lauren have a passion for the lost, and are passionate about serving the community.

Pastor Justin is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God.

Worship Pastor

Dustin and Becky Cuthbertson are the Worship Pastors at Frontline Worship Center. They both are passionate about leading others into the presence of God through Spirit-filled praise and worship. Blending classic hymns with modern worship songs, creating an atmosphere where lives are transformed by the power of God.

Josh and Paige Setzer

Student Pastor

Josh and Paige are the student ministry pastors here at Frontline. Josh works for the Gaston county schools and Paige is a LPN. Together, they bring many years of student ministry experience to Frontline. Their passion is for the Youth, and their vision is to see the hearts and minds of the students radically transformed and changed by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Summer Ritch

Children's Pastor

Summer is the Pastor of Children's Ministries at Frontline Worship Center!  She recently graduated from UNC Charlotte with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and a minor in Child and Family Development. She is an elementary school teacher for Gaston county. Her hope is that each child who comes will be impacted in a way that leads them to a solid relationship with Jesus Christ!
